What we do
The operations of PRS Property AB consist of the acquisition, streamlining and improvement of rental properties in attractive areas in Stockholm with a well-functioning business life and labor market. Once the improvement work has been completed, the property management must take place long-term and locally in order to create the best service for our tenants.
Our general policy
It is our policy not to provide any information about/or comment on, relationships with our customers. Our customer list including the rental lists is confidential. PRS Property AB also does not provide any financial information beyond that reported in the annual accounts.
Environmental policy
We strive to create healthy environments in our properties and offer our tenants a sustainable living. In all our activities, we strive to reduce climate impact, reduce energy consumption and choose sustainable energy sources. In our improvement work and refinement work, we use materials with little environmental impact during their life cycle to the greatest extent possible. We strive to reduce the amount of waste and contribute to recycling and resource efficiency, as well as investing in quality products with a longer lifespan and thus less environmental impact in our purchases.
